Acuvizori and Price Consulting has created offerings for sellers which encompass a thorough evaluation of your agency, marketing and promotion, incorporating your financial data into our valuation framework, crafting a buyer prospectus when needed, developing a dashboard and valuation projection, as well as facilitating communication with the buyer and financial institution throughout the agency sales process.
Jim Bindon
Jim is the CEO and Founder of Acuvizori Consulting and offers more than 35 years of experience working in Vertical Markets and the IT industry. He has specialties in Healthcare and Retail and began his career as a Director of Radiology before joining the Eastman Kodak Company as an Account Executive responsible for the prestigious Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. Jim has worked for Storagetek, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, Avnet, and Tech Data where he led teams responsible for vertical engagement and solution development.
He is a senior business leader accomplished in developing consultative services for Healthcare, Finance, and Retail. This would include Business Transformation and Productivity, Financial Analysis, Business Valuation, Corporate Strategy, Operational Efficiency, and Coaching and Mentoring. Jim is an Army Veteran, a long time member of HIMSS, and served on the board at the Terry J. Lundgren Center for Retailing at the University of Arizona.
Jeffrey Fieldman
Jeffrey Fieldman is Acuvizori Consulting's COO. Over his career, Jeffrey has broad business, technology knowledge, and experience as an Entrepreneur. Starting numerous successful business both in technology and retail which has allowed him to focus on the day-to-day operations, technologies, security, and financial viability of solutions. He has consulted for Venture Capitalists working to evaluate acquisitions and viability for both startups and existing companies from the sales, engineering, and technology perspective.
To Acuvizori Jeffrey also brings 25 years of experience in the IT and Information Security space as well as successfully starting and running numerous other business. He has focused on Information Security in an engineering, sales, and management capacity. Jeffrey's broad knowledge of day-to-day operations in startups, commercial large enterprises, and the SMB market have allowed him to play many different roles throughout his career.
Jeffrey has worked for such information security leaders as Check Point Software and Palo Alto Networks. He works with companies to determine architecture, security, and compliance/regulations of their environments.
Jeffrey graduated from West Virginia University and currently sits on committees for such charities as the Frankie Lemon Foundation.
Frank Delucia
Frank is the CFO for Acuvizori Consulting and brings more than 25 years’ global experience in general management, strategic planning, finance, business operations, M&A and licensing working in large pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. He has held senior management positions with Bayer Healthcare, Talecris Biotherapeutics, and was instrumental in establishing US divisions for Bio-Products Laboratory, Ethypharm NA, and Green Cross Pharmaceuticals USA. In these roles he was responsible for developing and driving business strategy, establishing channel distribution networks, securing market access programs, finance including business development, HR administration, and P&L management. Frank holds a BS and Masters’ in Accounting from the University of New Haven, Connecticut and successfully completed an executive leadership program at Notre Dame University. He worked three years for Bayer AG in Leverkusen, Germany.
Christi Chambers
Christi Chambers is Acuvizori Consulting's VP of Marketing and Communications. Christi brings 25 years of professional marketing experience in all areas of print and digital marketing to Acuvizori. She will be assisting both Acuvizori and our customers reach their full marketing potential and gain greater exposure. Throughout her career, Christi's has successfully provided marketing services for the following industries throughout her career: insurance, commercial construction, real estate, commercial leasing, manufacturing, engineering, higher education, music, medical, dental, pharmaceutical and more. Christi has worked for many industry leaders such as The Clark Construction Group, Inc., Thomas & Hutton Engineering, Brasseler USA, Coastal Carolina University and Evolution Scientific, Inc.
Christi is a proud alumnus of the University of South Carolina (Coastal Carolina College). Christi was previously a licensed real estate agent for 23 years, a franchise owner and is the owner of a marketing agency since 2009 where she provides pro bona work to start-ups and other select clients.
